More comfortable in the shop than in the front office, Tom’s approach to the overall management style has created a unique atmosphere at Screwmatics, where emphasis remains on constant improvement of processes, quality assurance, and customer service. Tom draws from his extensive experience and reputation in the machining industry to delivery quality and timely service and products. Being a former tool and die instructor for Florence/Darlington Technical College, Tom understands the importance of continuing education and training and pushes his team to stay on top of new technologies and processes.

As office manager of Screwmatics, Kimberly’s duties are spread across a number of administrative roles ranging from human resource management, order entry, customer service, and product delivery.

Billy joined the Screwmatics team after graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Wingate University. As board member of the Chesterfield County Board of Economic Development and the Pageland Chamber of Commerce, Billy’s commitment to customer relations and service extends beyond the day to day business operations of Screwmatics. Billy’s status as a licensed private pilot have allowed Screwmatics a unique advantage in customer and vendor relationships. In 2014, the Pageland Police Department presented Billy with the 2014 Spirit of the Community award.
Production Manager | ISO Coordinator
With over 35 years in the machining industry, Sam brings invaluable experience to the Screwmatics management team. Between working with customers and managing machining center operations, Sam also works directly with Screwmatics President Tom Hogge and Vice President Kimberly Hogge in day to day operations. As a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Sam maintains ISO standards as well as coordinates ISO audits. Sam enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren, attending church, and is a classic car enthusiast.

Since joining the team in 2003, Jean has managed many administrative duties including job card management, order entry, freight management, and customer service. In addition to her work with customers, Jean also manages employee time and attendance as well as other human resource related duties. When not assisting customers throughout the order an delivery process, Jean enjoy camping and fishing with her family.
